The War Against Radical Islam: A Clash of Good vs. Evil

The War against radical Islam has been called by many names, both accurate and inaccurate.  This largely because if the President, Ambassador, or Secretary were to call it what it is - an effort to change the cultural landscape of the Muslim and Arab worlds, then it would be met with a fierce backlash.  Fortunately, Pig Pen is not hindered by such stature.

Social Security: Reform is Not Enough

Porky Barrel takes a different stance on Social Security.  It is not likely to win votes, but he is not running for public office.  He just wants what is best for the nation. 

On second thought, too bad he is not on the ballot.  For all of the good intentions, promises made, fear-mongering, and cooked-up statistics, it seems clear that most are just out for their re-election, rather than a solution.
